To use Ziion, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you represent that you are at least 16 and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are using Ziion on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of Ziion. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

Ziion provides membership accounts, content sharing, community interactions, events, digital passports, AI-powered tools, educational content, messaging, and a marketplace for digital products, coaching, and other offerings. Certain features may be available only to paid members.

Paid memberships, events, and one-time digital purchases are processed through our secure payment processors. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All purchases are final unless otherwise specified. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be submitted to support@ziion.io.

You retain ownership of content you post or upload ("User Content"). By sharing content on Ziion, you grant Ziion a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Services. You are solely responsible for your content and must ensure it does not violate any laws or infringe on third-party rights.

You agree not to:

• •Use Ziion for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• •Post or distribute harmful, false, or misleading information
• •Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
• •Upload malicious code or interfere with the security of the platform
• •Attempt to access another user's account without permission

Violation of this Code may result in suspension or permanent removal from Ziion.

All content, logos, graphics, and software provided by Ziion are the property of TNT Power Moves, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

Ziion is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific results from use of the platform. Your use of Ziion is at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TNT Power Moves, LLC and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use Ziion. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent or harmful activity. Upon termination, you lose access to all paid and free features associated with your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

We may update these Terms periodically. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of Ziion after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
